Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SattvAI account and all associated data at any time — whether or not you currently have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open SattvAI → go to Profile → Account → tap Delete account → confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

Email team@sattvai.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm your identity and erase your data within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your account (name, email, sign-in credentials)
Your practice stats, streaks, and Soul Timeline
Any journal entries or reflections synced to your account
Your subscription/membership record

Journal entries stored only on your device are removed automatically when the app is uninstalled. Some records (such as billing history) may be kept for a limited period where we're legally required to, per our Privacy Policy.
