Japa is the meditative repetition of a mantra — traditionally counted on a mālā of 108 beads. In SattvAI you choose a mantra (Om Namah Shivaya, the Hare Krishna mahāmantra, Gāyatrī and more), tap bead by bead through a full round, and keep a gentle streak. On Max, a sacred voice chants along with you, hands-free.
