Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-returnable Items

• Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., candles, essential oils)

Shipping

• You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
